For the first time ever, GTI will
present its new DMS solution for regulated
industries at the DMS
2004 trade fair in Essen on September
8th. PharAO® has
emerged from our close cooperation with Saperion
AG, one of the leading providers of
DMS solutions. On occasion of two
presentations (at 11:00am and 03:00pm,
respectively), we will demonstrate
the automatic transferring and indexing
of reports from a PPS / MES system, among other
things, plus the functioning of processing
workflows, and automatic versioning. Throughout
the day, our experts will be available
for personal interviews at the DMS 2004.
PharAO® comes with a range of add-on
options, and includes all standard DMS functionalities,
such as the copying of scanned documents,
extensive indexing options, and easy document
research, copying documents directly from
MS Office, automatic version management of
document changes, read-only long term archiving,
configurable workflows, a differentiated
rights system, etc.
Moreover, PharAO® already includes predefined
document templates for the validation of
computer-aided systems (e. g. SOPs, validation
master plan, risk analysis, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ,
validation report), as well as industry-specific
pre-configured workflows. Moreover, the system
is intended to include a dossier management
according to the eCTD standard in the not
too distant future. As a pharmaceutically
qualified system, PharAO® is naturally
GMP-compliant according to all relevant EU
and FDA guidelines, and thus fully validation-enabled.
