- Material Resource Planning (MRP)
The integrated MRP run determines the data for organising the production
and the procurement of raw materials.
- On the one hand, you can generate production orders on the
basis of item-related sales planning, and batch these (acc.
to the batch quantity of the respective manufacturing instructions).
The MRP run reflects the pure production time as well as the
set-up-, cleaning- and QC times. Even the delivery dates of
ordered raw materials and delivery times for the customers
enter into the planning. Illustration

- On the other hand, you can generate order proposals on the
basis of all planned productions orders and the entered minimum
and target stocks. To this end, existing and expected (ordered)
stock is taken into consideration.
