- Project Coaching: Upon request, GTI will individually plan and
coach each customer project from the design phase to the installation, and
all the way to our comprehensive validation service (CSV Pharma) for any
software solution you bought from us.
- Hardware Consulting: GTI will be happy
to help you select, install and set up supplementary hardware and software,
such as suitable computer technology
for production or barcode scanning systems.
- Training: GTI will train your
staff in the use of any product you bought from us, where required.
- Software
Maintenance: Upon signing a software maintenance agreement, GTI will guarantee,
among other things, a hotline service available on workdays
between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, the processing of inquiries
by the next workday, and the handling of the change management for custom
program
versions. Services under a software maintenance agreement also include
minor program updates (not counting main releases).
- Security: As a standard
service, GTI will make essential parts of the development documentation
and the complete commented program sources available
to you.
